Francisco Ginja - Principal/Manager
Francisco has over 20 years of Mortgage Banking, Insurance and Investement experience, has BBA from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University with concentration in finance and International Business, Bi-lingual fluent in Portuguese and is NASD licensed, Series 6/63, Property and Casualty and Life licensed and has advanced extended training in Insurance and investments products. Francisco grew up in the Nashua area attended Nashua Senior High and still resides in the the local area with his family. He is comitted to providing his customers with quality service while delivering honesty and integrety and mainting the highest level of professionalism. In the last 12 years he hs been involved with Coaching youth soccer for the Amherst Soccer club and the Souhegan Valley Soccer Club.

Karen Deoleo - Financial Services Specialist
Karen was born in the Dominican Republic and now resides with her family in the Nashua area, she has extensive training in mortgage processing and originations as well as closing loans. Karen is Bi-Lingual, fluent in Spanish. She is Licensed by the New Hampshire Real Estate Comission to sell and consult in the process of of real estate aquisition. She is an active Investor of Real Estate.

Janet M Ginja - Secretary / Administration
Janet is a local resident that grew up in the Hollis area and graduated from Hollis High school, she has a BS in Finance Management from Northeastern University Boston, she worked over 10 years Customer service at Teradyne Connection Systems and over 15 years at Gate City Financial in charge of all bookkeeping and accounting procedures, purchasing, collections, and Customer Support for Insurance and mortgages.

Kenneth Feliz- Mortgage Specialist
Kenneth is of Dominican decent and Educated at New York Institute of Technology he now resides in the Manchester New Hampshire area with his family. He brings many years of diverse experience in the financial services industry and entreprenourship to the organization. He is responsible for originating Mortgages throughout the state and specializes in No Down Payment programs. He is Bi-Lingual, fluent in Spanish. Kenneth is very active in the Manchester Spanish Community helping and educating customers in the process of Homebuying. He Prides himself on researching the best program for his customers while delivering the lowest prices on the street with the highest degree of integrety and customer service. He is also an active Investor of Real Estate.

Stuart Polychronopolous- Insurance Specialist
Stuart is a Nashua NH native, a graduate of Nashua Senior High School, and resides locally with his family. He attended Columbia College in Cloumbia Missouri School of Business Mangement. He has over 16 years of experience with American Express as an account and business Development specialist accross the country. His vast experience in Commercial Insurance and customer service makes him a great asset to our customers, he strives to find the best products at the lowest prices while delivering timely service, honesty and integrety. He is an active member of St Phillips Greek Orhtodox Church and involved as a basketball and softball coach for the Nashua City Youth League.
